Design:

Ace Sound has seen almost every way to cover a given area with sound, the challenge comes, not in knowing how or what, but in accomplishing exactly what each systems purpose is. Our company uses a wide array of components and techniques as each job is slightly different. In realizing this we have the distinct advantage to design a system that not only meets the functional needs of our client, but also meets their budget needs as well.

Consulting:

Aside from designing systems for our clients, Ace also offers consulting on system implementation and need. We provide accurate information that a church committee or school board can take into account in making that critical decision to upgrade or install a sound system. Ace Sound not only provides consulting to the end user, our company has worked with architecture firms to provide systems for future buildings and put together line drawings and specifications for bid packages.

Sales:

Although Ace Sound remains a contracting firm and maintains no retail store front, we do offer the availability for a customer to come to our office and purchase items that require little or no installation. Aside from these "box sales", Ace also provides a means for certain contractors and business to purchase items that they would normally not have access to such as quality ceiling speakers, grills, and transformers. Since Ace maintains more stock than most contractors, we usually have what may not be available elsewhere at that time.

Service:

Service speaks volumes about a company, how long it took to receive service and how well did the customers problem(s) get solved. At Ace Sound we have committed ourselves to providing our client's with fast, reliable service to make sure that they don't miss a beat resulting from having sound system troubles. This prompt service is accomplished through the use of cell phones and pagers, when a call is received we are able to contact one of our technicians who is able to set up the most convenient time for each party. Aside from quick service call delivery, Ace also utilizes an after hours pager system that allows us to provide each client with 24 hour service.

Installation:

Through the years, Ace Sound has installed systems in virtually every place, climate, and situation imaginable. Our Installation crews use proven techniques to install every component and aspect of each system. When we finish each job, we can leave with the assurance that every connection is correct and functions properly, and most importantly that the entire installation is safe from an electronic point of view, to any overhead suspension. We pride ourselves on our installations which is why 99.9% of the time we never have to return to the site for service or "warranty" work.

Rental:

Over time people have events and functions that either their current system can't handle or requires certain elements that they don't have a need for all of the time. In these situations, Ace Sound has been there to provide parts and equipment at competitive rental rates that allow the customer to remain flexible and adapt to any situation. Though we do not see ourselves as a major rental company, we do offer items that may not be found at even larger rental places.
